NDJS Enterprises does not allow users to make purchases without registering on the website. The terms 'We,' 'Us,' and 'Our' shall refer to NDJS Enterprises.

Commercial and Contractual Terms

All commercial and contractual terms, including but not limited to price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery date, delivery period, delivery mode, warranties related to products (if any), and after-sales services (if any), are agreed upon solely between Buyers and Sellers. These terms are not the responsibility of NDJS Enterprises.

Shipping Policy

We Do Not Ship outside India. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. CraftedBamboo is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Orders with a cart value of up to Rs. 999 -/- will be charged a shipping fee of Rs. 99.

Supporting Documents for Verification

Prior to shipping or delivering your order, the Seller may request you to provide supporting documents, including but not limited to government-issued ID and address proof, to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used for your purchase. This verification process is undertaken to ensure a secure online shopping environment for our users.

Product Availability

NDJS Enterprises is not responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services, or for damages or delays in delivery arising from products that are out of stock, unavailable, or back-ordered.

Notification of Delivery

As a Buyer, you are required to electronically notify the Payment Facility using the appropriate website features immediately upon delivery or non-delivery within the time period as specified in our policies. Failure to notify us of delivery or non-delivery within the specified time frame in our policies shall be construed as deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. In the case of cash-on-delivery transactions, the Buyer is required to confirm the receipt of products or services.
